TERMS AND CONDITIONS
JDR Distribution shall have the right to change the products and prices covered in this website from time to time without prior notice to its customers. Prices are subject to change without notice, please confirm current pricing by contacting us directly. All prices quoted are in US dollars. Delivery shall occur and risk of loss shall pass to Buyer upon deliver of the goods to a carrier at the point of shipment, which unless otherwise specified, shall be the company factory. Transportation shall be at the Buyer's sole risk and expense, and any claim for loss or damage in transit shall be against the carrier only.
Payment terms: Wire transfer in advance of delivery to also include bank wire transfer fees and shipping charges. JDR Distribution must receive a written purchase order and payment in advance before any order can be processed. Upon request a credit application may be requested and upon approved credit terms may be offered. Master Card, Visa and American Express are also accepted.
International orders may be subject to local import fees, customs, duty or additional taxes in the country of destination. JDR Distribution is not responsible for, nor can we offer any specific advice on import fees, duty, customs or taxes that you may have to pay when your shipment arrives. JDR Distribution recommends that you contact your customs import office for more information about these potential charges. JDR Distribution is not responsible for any of these fees on merchandise returned. No return will be accepted without prior authorization and a return merchandise authorization number.
